- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly delivered.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or dislike of the product's color or design.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
- If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange an exchange or replacement, subject to product availability.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product of equal value or provide store credit, where applicable.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
